this is how I want my entire fall and winter to look. I want all of these tights!
I'm looking for the perfect pair of tomato-colored tights. can't be too sheer, but I don't want leggings. where do I get 'em? PS: the Missoni for Target tights are great. probably not worth the eBay price, but if you can still find 'em in the store, they are definitely worth $16.

I am a big fan of DKNY solid tights. They wear well and last a long time... you can find them at Nordstrom... but it doesn't look like they have any reds right now :(

Red tights: Vera Wang at Kohls. They are really sturdy and well priced. I buy a few pairs every fall, it's the only time I really shop there.
i second the great tights by vera wang at kohl's... i also just grabbed several new pairs for fall at "foot traffic" here in kansas city (including tomato red!). their prices are ridiculously good, and the selection (although you have to dig through some random stuff a bit), is pretty good. :)
American Apparel sells tights in a million colors.
good tips, thanks everyone! I was hoping to steer clear of the AA route (so overpriced and their sizing just makes me gag), but I'm not ruling them out.
I'll check Kohls! I have some Vera Wang leggings and I love 'em in the winter. my mom loves her some Kohls, so a trip will surely be in order when I visit her next week :)
